Identified potential and provided innovative processes to optimize internal Knowledge Management. Capacity Building for Results (CBR) protecting human rights for Afghanistan Civil Service reform programs implemented. Mapped the current organizational structure, coordinated designed and supported the civil service reform program in conflict zone, building up networks and coordination of multiple stakeholders (civil society, partners) with major donors (EU, World Bank, bilateral, NATO, USAID etc), 400 millions € program planned preparing visibility activities for cross donors programs. Intelligence briefings, analysis for DoD , NATO, USAID, embassies.
